IM is gaining more and more attention and trust by people in many countries. Its scientific theory, unique and simple but effective methods of treatment without pain and side effects as well as accessibility of schooling in this area, are receiving attention of scientific and medical circles and state institutions.
IM is being trusted by top management of Kremlin as well the White House, it is certified by Ministry of Health of USA and Russia. It is being mentioned in various world media.
USA
In 2007 professor Xu Mingtang ( 许明堂), current main representative of Image Medicine in the world, was invited to the Congress of the US to take part in a round table discussion about alternative medicine. The objective of the discussion was improvement of the health state of the population and seeking of alternative treatments. Professor Xu Mingtang was invited on the basis of excellent results of healing with the Image Medicine methods which he presented to the Congress.

The result of the discussion was an upgrade of TCM to the level of conventional (western) medicine. That means that graduated TCM doctor in the USA is equivalent to a medical doctor of conventional medicine. Before this resolution TCM was considered as an alternative medicine. From this moment in the USA TCM doctors can have one of three specialisations – Phytotherapy, Acupuncture and Image / Qigong Medicine.
Previously there were only two specialisations – Phytotherapy and Accupuncture. Standards for the healing specialisation Image Medicine are being prepared directly by Professor Xu Mingtang. Part of the decision was also acceptance of qigong practice into the official list of alternative treatments.
China
Current Chinese doctors were not giving up hope of reintegration of Chinese medicine entirety – repeated unification of the Yellow Emperor’s medicine and the medicine of Bian Que – two, historically most significant, branches of healing. In 2013 Image Medicine was accredited into Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine.

Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine is paying particular attention to the IM and successfully organises events to make it popular among the population. Articles about IM were published in significant Chinese print media such as Top China, Health News, Time of Science, Chinese Medicine.
